Welcome to Grietjiesdrif
Grietjiesdrif is an eight-sleeper wine cellar, soon to be a ten sleeper, situated in one of the most beautiful parts of South Africa. It is a small holding just over one hectare, with safe play areas for the kids and peace of mind for parents.
We have two Alpacas and seven ducklings living on the property. It is surrounded by vineyard’s as far as you can see.
The rooms are comfortable with the best quality bedding and towels. Two of the rooms are fitted with showers and two of the rooms are fitted with baths. Two rooms are interlinked for those who have small kids. This specific room can also be fitted with a cot and a dresser with a changing mat for those who travel with an infant. We also provide a bathmat and bottle warmer.
The original wine cellar at Grietjiesdrif has been converted into an eight-sleeper self-catering home.
Grietjiesdrif is situated in Slanghoek valley, just outside of Rawsonville, and only an hour and fifteen minutes of the most beautiful drive from Cape Town airport. Nestled between the Du Toits Kloof and Slanghoek mountains.

Directions from Cape Town:
Travel on the N1 on your way to Worchester. Before you reach Worchester, take the R101 turnoff to your right to Rawsonville. Travel Xkm till the turn off on your left onto Slanghoek Road. Travel on this road for Xkm until you get Grietjiesdrif on your left.
Directions from Bloemfontein:
